How is it Thursday Again?! I feel like I was just writing an update of the books I’ve been reading.

In the car –   I finished Mystic Lake late Thursday night.  I started listening to it and just couldn’t stop. So I brought a cd player into the master bedroom and laid in bed and listened to the story! Ha

Friday morning I promptly put a new book on, Good in Bed by Jennifer Weiner.

Good in Bed

Honestly I went into this book knowing nothing about it, other than I recognized the authors name.  I know I’ve read something of hers before but haven’t actually looked at my bookshelf to figure it out yet.  I do like it, but its not spectacular honestly.  I will be finished listening to it today.

Reading – I’m still reading The Summer Garden.  It’s a long book people, and I took a small break over the weekend from reading to play outside and visit my new niece and drink wine….So I hopped back into the story on Monday and am not half of the way through the book.  So getting there.

50 Shades Darker – I started it and finished it because, well, The Summer Garden was moving so slow. I couldn’t help myself.  I read 200 pages the first night I opened it and then spent the entire next day at work wishing I was at home reading it……and then I started 50 Shades Freed.  I know I know I’ve admitted I have a problem.

Fifty Shades Darker (Fifty Shades, #2)

Fifty Shades Freed (Fifty Shades, #3)

doesn't just looking at those handcuffs put dirty thoughts in your head (bwahaha) BUT SERIOUSLY. it does, right?

Anyways, I also went to the library last night because my books/audiobooks were due.  I picked up the next two books in the Nora Roberts Irish Trilogy set;  Tears of the Sea, and Heart of the Moon.  And I also picked up the first two books in the  Black Dagger Brotherhood Series.  A friend suggested them based on my love of the 50 Shades Series….so I look forward to reading those.

GAH. I have to stop starting new series until I finish the ones I’m in the middle of. Note to self don’t start reading the Black Dagger Brotherhood books until I finish The Summer Garden.
