I don’t even want to tell you how I’ve splurged today all week.
I ate chicken pot pie and veggie (read very cheesy) lasagna for dinner Tuesday night.
I had a donut this morning after I had all 19 vials of blood drawn..and a bagel for good measure. And then for lunch I had McDonalds because a salad just doesn’t sound good after you’ve eaten a donut and bagel for breakfast.
While I’m being all honest here I also had a buffalo chicken wrap and bag of white popcorn for lunch yesterday.
So....I’ve probably gained a million pounds this week.
And then a friend just sent me a text asking if I’d run a 5K with her on Sunday and I claimed it was too far of a drive for an 8am run.
Thank gawd I have an 1.5 hour workout tomorrow morning.
I need to go drink some water....
