How I’m feeling

I get asked this question daily by my sisters, my MIL, my husband, my friends, or and of course the doctor.

Honestly, I feel fine.  At this point I’m not struggling with nausea excpect for first thing in the morning. once I get some food in the belly I’m typically good to go.  I have started to wear my seabands which are acupuncture wrist bands that help with nausea. They do help me.

I’m tired, which is to be expect, my arms actually feel heavy just typing.  And I’m bloated. Oh boy am I bloated. And this just happened like overnight.

I’m currently sitting at my desk with my pants unbuttoned. Awesome. hopefully nobody decides to barge in my office.

I do have an update on zee baby.  We had an ultrasound this morning and its heart was beating away at 146 beats per minute. It was a beautiful sound. At first we could see the heartbeat but not hear it so they had to have me hold my breath and that was scary but amazing.

Such a beautiful sound.

Now, I’m off to close my eyes for 5 minutes. Maybe I should button my pants first?

  1. Get a Bella Band! I used them in the early stages of my pregnancy and then again when I came back to work. It's wonderful being able to wear your normal pants but gives you as much room as if your button was undone. Ooooor use the hair tie trick.
