25 weeks

I know I need to get back on track with this.  I’m going to update last week’s today and then on Wednesday you’ll see another weekly update from me. I could just skip this weeks but I don’t want to, I want to keep documenting the entire pregnancy.

So here goes 25 weeks!
 

 

· How far along are you? 25 weeks!

· Total weight gain: I’ve gained a total of 9lbs. my dr wasn’t super excited at that gain, but she can suck it since at 24 weeks most people have gained more!

· How big is baby? About the size of an eggplant, 9.2” long and 2lbs!

· Maternity Clothes? Yes, but I’m still wearing some non maternity clothes

·Sleep? Yes, like a rock. Its amazing!!!

·Best moment this week? Ben felt Bear actually kick for the first time. Its so cool to see your husband experience something like that. It makes it so much more real for the men I think. The smile on his face just melted me.

·Movement? Yes, yes! more and more every day

·Food Cravings? This week, love love love the sweets! I had a chocolate cupcake at my friend Erica’s baby shower and a cookie and cupcake at my shower…can you say fatty?! Ha.

·Food aversions? Nothing

·Labor Signs? Nothing

·Belly Button in or out? Its still in. I’m wondering if it will pop out, my sister said hers didn’t.

·What I miss? Nothing.

·What I’m looking forward to? Seeing friends on Saturday!

·Milestone? I don’t think there are any big milestones happening during week 25. Baby is just growing stronger and bigger which makes me happy

· Stretch Marks? I think I’m still holding them at bay!

I am truly just a happy pregnant woman. I have a love/hate relationship with my changing body but I know Bear is growing and of course I love that. I’ve started a bit of the nesting again which is fun, I am cleaning up a storm and have picked out carpet for the bedrooms and family room. Can’t wait to get the house measured and get the new stuff in there!!
