Day 2

Day 2 is off to a much better start!  Last night I wasn't in a good mood.  I was tired and my brain wasn't working properly.  When I got home from work I said to DH, I'm in a bad mood you know just to give him a heads up and apologize in advance.   I was roasting veggies for dinner and he said to me, "I would eat those with you"...trying to be nice and encourage the diet and my response - well you can't have any! haha
Breakfast was a green smoothie - kale, pinneaple, apple, water, and a tbsp of almond butter.


and an added bonus to it tasting good is that it made enough for 2 breakfasts, so tomorrows smoothie is already made. Which rocks for me because I just had to schedule an 8am meeting.

OK. thats it for the updates for now....I know you'll get sick of the pictures of my smoothies quickly!
