Today I started the Whole Living Challange.
I know I mentioned it a while back and I said, I'll start after the 5K, I'll start after.....so I just decided to do it! and it helps that I'm doing it with someone.....no not my husband, are you kidding?! ha! but he did say he would be happy to eat whatever i'm having for dinner plus a piece of meat or something. So thats helpful.
Breakfast today was a Grapefuit Carrot and Ginger smoothie.
Please excuse the terrible photo I took while rushing to finish this and get to an 8:30 meeting on this this morning. I did NOT like this at all.
Lunch: is a red cabbage, kale, and red onion salad with a dijon mustard vinegarette. and I like it!
Dinner I think I'm going to have roasted butternut squash. or just mixed roasted vegetables. sounds yuumy right!
I will survive day one. I will survive week one. Week one is supposed to be the hardest.
What doesn't help is that my period arrived today. um yeah, talk about a bad day to start, everything! my starting weight is 137, I think the most i've ever weighed.
