Ripped

Ripped is a new workout class I’ve started attending. It’s not in a super convenient location to my house and it’s from 7:30-8:30 on Monday nights… so I don’t anticipate I’ll go every week. But I love it. I mean it sucks, but I love it.

Within the first 3 minutes you’re dripping with sweat and it pushes you super hard!  I showed Ben some of my moves from class and his response was, hopefully nobody else is watching you do that, ha! I know I get waaay to into things but it’s a great workout.

It’s the same instructor as my zumba class and I truly believe if I took the class from someone else I would hate it. She is fantastic. Christy is the reason I currently have a hot bod:)

anyways, here is a picture of me all dead and red-faced after class last night. hot right?
